Mr. FONDUFE Serge FOMONYUY is a Researcher at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation in the Department of Economic and Environmental Studies (DEEE) .
He studied in St. Augustine’s College Nso where he obtained his O’ Level in 2006 then went on to Riviera High School in Kabuga, Rwanda where he obtained his A’ Level in 2008. He then went to the United States International University in Kenya where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2012 then later obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law and Political Science in 2014 from The University of Manchester.
This academic potential motivated his recruitment in 2016 as a Research Assistant at the National Center for Education.
His various scientific publications focus on issues of human right protection and conflict resolution in the African context.
