Dr NGOE Fritz ESEOKWEA

Mr NGOE FRITZ ESEOKWEA was born in Dikome Balue in Ndian Division  South  West  Region. Cameroon. He Attended the Government Primary Dikome Balue and obtained the First School Leaving Certificate in 1977. He was admitted in Cameroon Academy  MUYUKA  where he  obtained  the Ordinary Level  General Certificate of Education in Nine Subjects , and  later  in Government High School Mamfe in Manyu Division South  West Region  where he obtained the GCE Advance Level in 1984. Between 1984 to 1987  he  was employed as teacher of Mathematics and Additional  mathematics  in Saint Francis College Fiango, Kumba, South West Region

In 1987 he gained admission in the University of Jos, Nigeria  where he graduated  with Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1991. He was admitted  for the  Masters Degree Programme in the School of Postgraduate Studies University of Jos in  1992 where he was awarded  a Masters Degree in Development Economics in 1994.

In 2002 he was recruited as Assistant Researcher with the National Centre for Education, Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation where he changed grade to Research Officer in 2012 after an evaluation of researchers.  In 2014|2015 academic year he was admitted for the Doctorate  Degree programme in the Faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences, University of Dschang, Cameroon where he successfully defended the Doctorate Degree|PhD in Integrated Rural Development and Agricultural Extension in 2020.

In 2022 his research activities were evaluated and he was promoted to the rank of Senior Research Officer. Preseently Ngoe Fritz Eseokwea has Published Seventeen articles in reknowned academic journals and book chapters. His publication are focused on Development Economics, Applied Economics,  Rural Health with focus on HIV|AIDS, Agriculture with focus on Postharvest Losses, Globalisation, Agricultural development and Policy, Rural economics, urbanization and Environment, including  culture. 

He is consultant with Environmental Management Initiative and Strategies, Cameroon and   Dikome Balue Women Empowerment Cooperative Society which has been mandated to carry out activities for the resettlement of Internally Displaced Persons in Dikome Balue Subdivision. He has coordinated several research projects of National interest and participated in many conferences and seminars at both National international level.
